Can I create a password protected secure folder for my Web site?
Summary:
You can create individual Users and/or Groups that have access to secure directories for your Web site.
While you could create one universal username and password we would NOT recommend it because if an employee leaves they will still have access and you would have to create a new username and password for everyone. It’s initially a little more work to set it up on an individual basis but it will help you maintain security.
